Submissions from our contact form are sent by email using FormSubmit, a third-party form handler operated by Devro LABS. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to FormSubmit so it can forward the message to us. FormSubmit acts as a processor on our instructions for that step.
You should review FormSubmit’s own documentation and policies to understand how they handle submissions. We choose this approach so we can operate a simple static website without running our own form server.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond and to manage any follow-up, and for any period we are required to retain records for legal, regulatory, or insurance purposes. If you would like us to delete an enquiry sooner where the law allows, contact us using the same channels you used to reach us.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the way this site is hosted. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send highly sensitive information (such as full medical records) unless we have agreed a secure channel with you.
